Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

IrebLust provides legal consulting services including corporate, contract, compliance, and tax guidance. All services are rendered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable German law.

2. Engagement and Fees

Engagement requires written confirmation. Fees are quoted per matter and due upon invoice. Expenses incurred are billed separately. Failure to pay within 30 days may suspend services.

3. Confidentiality

IrebLust maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, communications, and work product. This duty survives termination of engagement, except where disclosure is legally required or to enforce these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

IrebLust's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients assume responsibility for implementing advice received.

5. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR (EU) 2016/679. Data is processed solely for service delivery and legal compliance. Clients control their data rights and may request access, correction, or deletion.

6. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Münster courts.

7. Term & Termination

Engagements continue until completion unless terminated by either party with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, clients remain liable for accrued fees and expenses.

8. Amendments

IrebLust reserves the right to amend these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of changes.
